Cats Eyes:

These 2" long almond shaped pigment inkpads have a recessed bottom into which you can press your finger and directly apply the ink to a stamp, parts of a stamp or directly to paper.

You can also use a STYLUS TOOL fitted to Cats Eye Pads. This handled tool makes it really easy to use your Cats Eyes as a dauber/ink applicator. Scroll down for details.
