Nona Designs is a retailer of many different stamp companies and product lines.
We do not govern the copyright policies of the stamp companies we carry. Each stamp company is responsible for their own policies regarding the stamps they manufacture.
The one stamp line we DO govern is Rubber-D-Doodles at: http://www.nonadesigns.com/rd1.htm. These stamps have an "Angel" policy and we invite you to use them freely in your handstamped projects.
If you are interested in using any of the other rubber stamps we carry in your artwork and plan to sell that artwork, you do need to find out the copyright policies for that particular stamp. Some companies require you to seek permission and will grant it on a case-by-case basis. Others forbid this type of usage (especially if the stamp image is created by a licensed artist). And others have a very lenient policy and allow you to use their images under specific circumstances.
To determine the policies governing the stamp you want to use, make a note of the stamp manufacturer and then contact them directly for information. Almost all stamp companies now have a web presence and many also have their copyright policies spelled out on their web sites.
