Ordering from Nona Designs is easy!

We are Internet - Web Only.

We do NOT have a Storefront.


The following are our Easy-Order options:



1. Shopping Cart - Most of our pages have a Shopping Cart feature. Some pages have a "Check-Off" feature, others have a text box into which you can type the items you want.

2. Order Form - Shopping Cart type-in Order Form. An order page that works with our Shopping Cart. You just list the items you want (use item numbers and detailed descriptions for quickest processing!) and it's added to your shopping cart the way you've entered it . We will correct pricing and totals on your order Confirmation within 48 hrs. To use our Shopping Cart Order Form CLICK HERE.

3. SIMPLE Order Form - If you have trouble with our shopping cart (see above), try our SIMPLE Order Form. Just type the items into the form and follow the steps to finalize your order with payment. We will return an order confirmation with 48 hours. To use our SIMPLE Order Form, CLICK HERE.

4. E-Mail - Provide all the same information required on the Order Form and send it via E-MAIL. Email orders take a little longer to finalize so your confirmation may take more than usual 48 hours to receive.

5. Fax - You can FAX your orders, but ALWAYS send us an E-MAIL that you have done so. Sometimes faxes don't go through, are illegible and/or we need further information. If we don't receive or can't read your email, we have no way of contacting you... so drop us an E-MAIL after you fax an order.

ORDER PROBLEMS:

If the shopping cart doesn't work on your system, check your browser settings. It's very important for java script and cookies to be enabled for our shopping cart to work. It is also important to clear your browser of OLD or CORRUPT Cookies that can affect shopping cart operation. Here are instructions for removing old cookies from your system:


If you are experiencing problems that you have not encountered before with a certain website, it is likely that you have a corrupted cookie. The easiest way to clear your cookies is to remove them from your PC rather than your browser.

Follow these simple steps to clear your cookies, in Windows:

    1. Click the 'Start' button
    2. Select 'Settings' and click 'Control Panel'
    3. Double-click on the Internet (or Internet Options) and select the 'General' tab
    4. Click the 'Settings' button in the Temporary Internet Files section and choose 'View Files'
    5. Click 'Edit' and select 'Select All'
    6. Press the 'Delete' key on the keyboard. If prompted to delete cookies, click 'Yes'


To clear cookies for Macintosh using Internet Explorer, follow the steps below:

    1. Click 'Explorer' or 'Edit' at the top of the screen
    2. Click 'Preferences'
    3. Under Web Browser preferences click 'ADVANCED'
    4. Click 'Empty Now' button on the right
    5. Click 'OK'

If you continue to have problems with our shopping cart, use our SIMPLE order form (more info below). Just type in the items you want and we'll total your order for you and send an invoice via E-MAIL.

TELEPHONE ORDERING:

** We do not have a telephone ordering system **
We apologize if this is an inconvenience for any of our customers. But being small, it takes ALL of our resources to answer the huge volume of emails and ship hundreds of orders QUICKLY every week.


Internet orders receive top priority and we WILL make every effort to respond to your inquiries within less than 48 business hours, M-F. If you don't hear from us within that time, your message may not have gone through so please try again.



Payment Options

We accept payment by Mastercard or Visa
We require pre-payment on all orders. Credit cards are NOT billed until within 24 hours of order shipment unless otherwise noted on your return Invoice.

We have a secured server for all credit card transactions. Our Secured Server provides the highest level of privacy and protection possible on the Internet. We also offer to keep your credit card information ON FILE off line so you don't have to resubmit every time you order.

**Overseas Orders** We do not ship outside the U.S. or it's territories. So sorry!


Ship Times

Instock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payments. Out of stock items that have to be special ordered can take anywere from 5-15 business days to ship. We use USPS Priority Mail with Tracking. You will receive an email from USPS with tracking information when we ship.

Your final Invoice/Confirmation will list item availability and estimated ship dates for your products.

If we are unable to ship within 2 business days of your estimated ship date, an email will be sent advising you.

Please PRINT and KEEP a copy of your final invoice/confirmation for all order details. If you can't find information about your order, just E-MAIL us and we'll send you a copy.

Sales & Specials

We run many sales and specials. Some are private (only advertised via our Email Update List). Some are listed on our sale, clearance or product pages.

Your SALE price may not ALWAYS be reflected on your Shopping Cart total. We will compute the CORRECT price for you on your FINAL Invoice/Confirmation (within 48 hrs). If we miss a special price or sale, just make a note and we'll correct the pricing. (Gentle reminders at the time you place your order are ALWAYS welcome)

If something goes on sale within 2 weeks of your purchase, drop us an E-MAIL and we'll issue a credit for the price difference on your next order.


OUR GUARANTEE


We want you to be happy with your products! If you are dissatisfied, just let us know the details and we'll make arrangements to replace defective products or correct any mistakes with your order. Here are our policies:

Customer Service & Return Policies

Order Cancellations

If you decide after placing an order that you want to cancel part or all of the order, please contact us asap. If we cannot cancel in time, you can return your items within 10 business days for merchandise credit.


Order Problems

For quickest resolution of any order problem (receiving the wrong item, etc.), please EMAIL us. I wish I could answer your calls personally, but am a very small business without a staff to handle the telephone. I WILL answer your emails promptly (usually within 48 hours during the work week. Emails received late on Fridays may not receive a response until the following Monday).


Returns, Exchanges & Shortages

If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, wish to make an exchange or there is a shortage in your order, please contact us within 10 business days and we'll arrange a correction. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no additional charge but must be returned within ten business days of receiving your order.

We do not reimburse S/H costs unless the costs incurred are due to our error.
