 Perfect Pearls™ were developed by Ranger and artist/designer Julia Andrus. They are a versatile dry powdered pigment that can be used wet or dry to create luminous colors and iridescent effects with a wide variety of craft applications. They can be turned to paints, glazes, calligraphy inks and finishes simply by adding varying amounts of water. They are also extremely compatible when used with other mediums such as: watercolors, acrylic paints, gloss and matte mediums, clays, glues, etc. Mix with watercolors, inks, acrylic paints, Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel™, Embossing Powders, clay and other mediums for radiant results.
