PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS & SUPPLIES:

NOEL Card Project 1. Cut a piece of 8.5 x 11" White Cardstock in half and fold with a Bone Folder to create a notecard. 2. Cut a piece of Moonstone Cardstock to fit on top of the White Notecard (5.50 w x 4.25" h). Stamp the Moonstone Cardstock with Snowflakes Stamp in Blue Pigment Ink and attach to the front of the White Notecard using roll on adhesive like Scotch Tape Runner. 3. Cut a piece of Ivory Cardstock to cover about 1/3 of the Notecard as shown. Stamp Christmas Wishes in Cream Pigment Ink. Tear the right edge with Deckle Edge Ruler as shown. Punch randomly with Snowflake Punch. 4. Lay finished Ivory Cardstock on top of Moonstone Cardstock and a strip of Blue Satin Ribbon as shown. Once lined up, adhere the ribbon and Ivory Cardstock in place. 5. Stamp Noel in Blue Pigment Ink onto Ivory Cardstock. Layer over Moonstone and Gloss Copper Cardstocks.
