When you order eCraft products that are not yet released, we will place those items on a separate invoice to ship when they become available. We will ship orders COMPLETE when all your items are in stock. If there are delays to any products you have ordered, we will email you with the option of shipping in parts (extra s/h may apply). Pre-Orders are shipped in the order received. |
